The Plans

Building the Structure

CNC cutting

Lots of research and planning took place before anything else. I explain how I got the plans

The Ejection Seat

The ACES-II was an easy build, but I changed a lot to make it look more realistic.

I also made it much more comfortable!

The Ejection Seat

Simple methods to paint and finish it to make it look more realistic. No specialist tools, just house paint, masking tape and a roller!
